2018 – 2019 Clinic Schedule and Information

Here is a list of the clinics scheduled for the 2018-19 season. The cost of the clinic will be $30.00.

Four things you have to do to obtain your license:

  1. You have to attend a clinic. Clinics are listed below.
  2. You will have to register membership to the Hoosier Region of USA Volleyball. This is all done online. Registration is $60.00 and then $20.00 for background screening. Background screenings are good for two years.
  3. All registration will be done online. If you are new and have never registered for the Hoosier Region, go to our website, www.indianavolleyball.org, and, under the Region Info tab, you will see the link for instructions on how to register. If you did it last year and need help, you can also go to the same area for help. Or here is a link to webpoint https://webpoint.usavolleyball.org/wp15/IntraLock/Login.asp

All officials are required to have a background screening completed through our Region. This is part of the registering process, please make sure to check the box in your member profile that indicates you intend to become an official and the background screen (if you are due) will come up with the submission.

It also a requirement that HR licensed officials are Safe Sport certified. Here are the instructions to register for the Safe Sport course, once passed you will have a two season certification:

4) You will have to take a test. Regional, Junior National, and National officials will take the “A” test. Those moving from Provisional to Regional will take the “A” test. Everyone else will take the “C” test.

  • Once you register and pay for your Hoosier Region Membership on webpoint, the exams will be available online for you to take prior to the clinics, or you may take the exams after you attend a clinic. You have to register and pay before you will get access to the test.
